Here's what we have been up to:
2019>2021 - CEU is creating and facilitating a series of Collaborative Sales Workshops that provide Home Technology & Appliance specialists with the new perspectives and skills they need to identify, support, and sell to today's connected appliance customers.
2016>2019 - CEU is creating and implementing workshops and online webinars for the Brandt Group to improve the customer experience, sales, and training for their home improvement retail store clients.
2014>2019 - CEU is creating and facilitating a series of workshops, webinars, and follow up exercises to drive sell through of New Leaf Service Contracts for its national appliance and electronics store partners.
2015>2016 - CEU developed and implemented the sales, technical and customer service training for HAUS, a smart home training university. HAUS programs focused on teaching both home technology professionals and electronics' manufacturers to successfully introduce, sell, install and support new smart home categories. The comprehensive curriculum included online and classroom training and certifications.
2013>2014 CEU developed "The 3 Cs" Headphone Sales Strategy and Training Programs for TWE/FYE Stores; including sales process analysis, and creation of HD-Video, written, and in store training materials, exercises, and coaching tools.
2011>2012 - Developed and executed a customized home audio sales and sales management training program underwritten by Harman International for Fry's Electronics stores. This comprehensive program included management workshops on lifestyle selling, sales coaching, and the S.A.F.E. Audio Sale ™ system. Classroom training was supported by three weeks of follow-up in store training and direct one-on-one coaching of sales associates and managers on executing the S.A.F.E. Audio Sale ™ using customized product research, role play and monitoring tools developed by CEU.
2011 - Created and executed a customized "Client-Driven Selling for C.E. Installers" workshop for Spectracal Video Academy including development of client-driven home walk-through consultation tools.
2009>2011 - CEU principles entered an exclusive services agreement with Ultimate Acquisition Partners including licensing of all CEU developed training programs. From 2009-2011 we lead, created and executed all of UAP's internal corporate training. We developed and executed scalable training systems covering all job categories in support of a rapidly expanding national retail presence. CEU developed programs were utilized to create and execute a company-wide "G.U.I.D.E" sales strategy. We implemented daily sales and product training in all stores created new activities based in-store on-boarding programs for all new employees. CEU developed and executed management and leadership training for all store management personnel.
2009 - Developed and executed a customized Fierce Collaboration™ workshop for the Home Electronics Source dealer principles covering sales process, customer relationship strategies, and developing motivated collaborative store organizations.
2009 - Developed and executed a "21st Century Strategy" workshop underwritten by PARA for the Nationwide Marketing Group. This Para Education series program covered the radical changes in the CE Marketplace and in the CE customer's buying process and how to utilize new media to address these changes.
2009 - Developed and executed a customized "Solution Focused Selling" Workshop for College America's national convention.
2006>2009 - CEU partnered with Vann's Electronics to develop a comprehensive program of sales, customer service, management and leadership training. CEU created and executed skill building programs that impacted all areas of Vann's operations and every employee group. Our workshops covered skills from the basics of selling and product demonstrations, to leadership, performance management, and motivating an outside sales force.
